After running myself into the ground and burning out, I’m passionate about helping others be successful without sacrificing health. In fact, I firmly believe the two can go hand in hand, and learning to harness flow states can lead to dramatic improvements in both productivity and wellbeing.
3 years recovering from burnout and 6 years of personal practice have led to a deep understanding of the methods I teach, and a passion for helping others access new solutions.
I am qualified through the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. The training is approved by the British Psychological Society.
