1-to-1 Mindfulness

Working 1-to-1 with individuals provides an opportunity to explore personalised solutions to a degree far greater than with group programmes or via an app. 

Monthly support includes a 60-minute session each week, personalised recorded meditations and message support between sessions. 

Day Architecture

Structuring each day for optimal efficiency, prioritising quality of deep focused work over quantity of low level stimulation and task switching.

Recovery

Mindfulness to enable relaxation and restore deep sleep patterns disrupted by high-pressure environments and the modern world.

Developing a Meditation Practice

Learning the fundamentals of meditation with personalised guidance and support every step of the way. 

Applying Mindulness to Daily Life

Integrating the fundamental principles of mindfulness into work performance, leadership responsbilities and personal life.

Micro Resets

Quick and simple practices used during the workday to regulate the nervous system, find clarity amidst chaos and ‘top up’ flow state.
